Strawberry Shortcake

I hope everyone was able to spend last Sunday with their Father or Father figure. My husband and I spent it cooking out at my father's house. We made way too much food, but it was yummy and everyone had fun. The following night we had cook out leftovers for dinner 😋. I made us low-fat strawberry shortcake for dessert!
